New Townhome near Wilton Manors/Las Olas

It was completely awesome! Positive: I Loved that it was spacious, beautiful and convenient! Negative: I have a phobia of spiders, so there was smashed spiders in some areas upon arrival. But other than that excellent!

Very uncomfortable Negative: The area was a bad area. They had two men come to the property to fix one of the beds. Once we got back after they was done fixing the bed. It broke the very next morning. It smelled like straight weed .I ordered pizza and I left it on the counter for a split second and ants attacks the pizza.

5/10 the host can be better Positive: The house is beautiful everything about the house itself is good. Negative: The owner, don’t know if he was racist or what. He didn’t give the door code until day of and all because we simply mistaken the wrong house he almost had a fit. Multiple fits. He told us about the police next door as if we supposed to shake in our boots? He didn’t really help with anything was quick to refund me though on my birthday sigh.

Negative: The initial level of responding to my calls was horrible. The bush on the front needs to be cut back. There were only 2.5 bathrooms and not 3 full bathrooms.
